Minor ProphetsProsperity, moral laxity, ritualistic worship, corrupt government, and wide class distinctions a description of current times describe the issues during the times of the Minor Prophets. The lives and messages of these 12 prophets provide some of the Bible's most colorful stories. God used them as his voice to their generation. As each prophet received revelation from God, they were bound by a compelling burden to deliver their message "come what may". Often, their very lives became the message. From being swallowed by a great fish to being told by God to marry a prostitute, to prophesying the coming Messiah, the Antichrist, and the End Times; God spoke through these men.
